A woman, Lou, is chased down the street by a strange being. This stranger attacks him. She manages to run away, but her attacker manages to slash the side of her head. Back in her apartment Lou ignores her injury. The latter becomes infected and grows. The infection transforms and takes the shape of the face of its attacker. Lou's injury prevents him from living normally.
